Machine fly: 4 sets of 12 130 pounds
Back:
Rack pull: 135x12 225x10 315x6
Hammer lat pull down: 180x12 200x12 220x12 240x8
Straight arm pull down: 4 sets of 12 at 100 pounds
Seated row: 180x12 165x12 150x12 135x12
