A little more information:

I am currently in week 5 of anavar 10mg twice daily. I feel great on it and have seen some wonderful strength and size increases. I am planning on doing a 3 on 1 off schedule due to the up coming turnaround (in 2 weeks :-( ). I wanted something that I would be able to stick with the whole time.

As for the workouts, I will be doing a normal split. Back and biceps, chest and tris, and my favorite legs and shoulders. The actual workouts will be a mix of a workout program by none other than our own Radar and a mix of my own knowledge.

Cardio, I have been doing 6 days a week. I am currently working my way up in time. I hope to be doing about 30 to 45 mins in the next week or so.

Diet:
My diet consist of high protein, high fiber, with fats coming from my lean meats. FYI- Fiber is a wonderful, wonderful addition to anyone who wants to lose a little or a lot! Consuming just 25-30 grams of fiber is like eliminating about 600 calories out of your diet! Your body works so hard on trying to digest the fiber it just burns and burns. Call me a fiber queen but it does wonders lol.

I will try again to start posing my meals and workouts today.

Well today was me and my soon-to-be husbands off day from the gym and cardio. Thank goodness! I have been so run down with everything. After yesterdays workout I had to take 4 powdered " Goodies" just to ease the pain. I had knee surgery about 7 years ago and it still hurts me. I have to wear a brace for anything other than normal activities. For some reason with the added cardio my right foot, under my pinky in the fleshy part, is KILLING me!! Also my right ankle has been hurting. I think the day off is what I needed! My diet has been pretty solid today, just need to desperately go grocery shopping! Tomorrow will hopefully be a pain free run and workout!!

Food was on track for the most part. Great quality food but went for a 16oz ribeye with the fat cut off, broccoli, and a sweet potato...yumm!!!!

Looking gooood sista! Mmm steak lol... My diet has been pretty easy so far but today it's torture I'm going to take a burner it's driving me mad.
Anyway great work chic!!
