Warm ups - these are daily. I just forget to add them into my log as I often get them done in the morning before heading to the gym after my meal.

Planks - front & sides - 3 sets of 30 second holds
Mcgill curl ups - 3 sets of 10 per side (I personally love these)

2 warm up sets of 50kg reps not counted

Supinated lat pulldown 4 sets of 12

DB shrugs 3 sets of 15

Hyperextension 3 sets of 12

Alternating DB curls 4 sets squeeze focus

Biceps were smoked at this point.

30 mins on elliptical post weights 320 calories.

I aromatize quite hard brother. 350 test with 400 Primo puts me e2 at 88 nmol just for a little reference.

I go off what my coach advises brother and we run my blood work every 8 weeks. Another lot of bloods to take place mid Feb before we begin pushing 💪🏻
