Training split:
Monday-chest and back
Tuesday- lower body
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- shoulder and chest
Friday-hammies and back
Saturday - arms
Sunday-rest
Your macros are on point! What's your target weight for the end of the cycle?
 
I like this short workouts, I know where you're going through. I gave birth to a couple kids and went through a divorce. So time has always been an issue.
 
Keep up the good work.

I like how you change things up with these short workouts. Try that for a while and see what kind of effects you get.
