Sorry, been a while since I posted in your log. We all work hard, man. 99% of us. You have to find time.
Putting work and getting better each day!!!
Unless you're a trust fund baby or something like that.

Otherwise, you're going to have to dedicate an hour a day to your exercise.
Even with busy schedule putting 60-75 min a day for training and cardio
Nothing wrong with quick work outs if your time restrained. You can get more out of a short work out than sitting on the couch eating potato chips.

If you do these fast Works, make sure you take less time between sets.

That will give your body more conditioning effect.
Will keep in this mind!!!

But why so much Smith machine?
I have lower back issue so I prefer getting away with free weight recently came back from
Injury!!!
Your macros are on point! What's your target weight for the end of the cycle?
Currently sitting around 92kg 1-2 kg in nxt 5 week keeping same conditioning i will be happy
I like this short workouts, I know where you're going through. I gave birth to a couple kids and went through a divorce. So time has always been an issue.
