First week back to work has been hectic as iv been working 12hr shifts in the 98°f heat atm so i will probably train 2 on 1 off for a bit till things aren't as busy.
Got in for a late leg session last night and drove the volume up a bit but will add more in coming weeks.

Got home around 11pm after gym last night and remembered I had blood test in morning around ten so I hit a protein shake and small meal and fasted,thinking I was gunna wake up sore but 4iu gh sorted that out...today is a massage and rest day but will be hitting it hard as sunday into the week💪

Thaks bro,I thought you'd like the volume on that one...to be honest I woke up next morning like I didn't work them much at all,I could probably hit up to 20 reps next week.
