Can't go crazy on back because I've got compressed disc's in neck and mid back. Gives me chest pain and messed up my digestion. Took 6 weeks off trying to get it strait but no luck. So I have to deal wit it.
Lost some size work time off but stayed lean.

Fasted today for 20 hours. Feel really good but sore from workout which i love. Having dinner now salmon and rice one of my favorites
