Stretching: Post work out
Running: 5min @ 6mph warm up and cool down

Daily Supplements: multi, 7.2g fish oil, 3 dieselbolan, 10ml liquid Sustain alpha,

How many hrs sleep night before: 10


I hate doing this shoulder work out. It burns like a mofo. The tri set is a bitch to do.
 
also my diet will be a 30/50/20 split and 500 calories over my bmr give or take. Will this be sufficient with this cycle? Never ran a cycle before just wanna make sure it's done right so i can reap the most benefits, sorry didn't mean to post on your log

225lbs.

Tried chalk for the 1st time and my dl went up 40lbs.
 
Nice deadlift pr dude! Yeah grip strength tends to hold people back a lot, use that chalk and don't let sweat hold you back 40 pounds
 
I had tweaked my back the day before at hockey. so going into my work out I wasn't really pumped up. But was feeling good after some squats and during dl's. My upper back is a little tight today though lol. Could use a massage or hot tub.
