Thanks bro. I would like to see mid 300's for squat, mid 400's for dl and mid 200's bench by summer. I figure that be pretty good for a year and half of lifting.

Those are my goals too! I have the bench one, but the squats and deadlift not yet:( I have been lifting for just over a year right now myself:)
 
Bench is the hardest for me to gain on. My arms are to long I think. I can do 90* but that last little bit to touch my chest kills my strength. Where the long arms hurt in bench, they sure help out in deadlift. I'm currently adding 10-15lbs per week on dl's right now.

My overall goal is maybe 300 max and bench. I like my sports to much I don't want to get to big. I want to be able to cut and stay in the 185 weight class.

By the time that would show up, I would be all done my diesel, and started on katana Takes a good 2+ weeks to get shit here.

I had to break down and go buy some post work out. My Muscle Replenisher hasn't showed up yet. Hopefully today though.

I ended up buying MassPort by InfiniteLabs. It was the only stuff that had Waxy Maize in it.
 
I was going to try and work out 5 days a week. But my body isn't recovering fast enough. My shoulders are a little tender today to be doing a shoulder workout.
 
Going to take a few days off from lifting. My body is feeling abit banged up and sore. Anyone ever get a mentally negative almost depressed side effect from diesel? Or is it just time for a holiday?
 
Took 5 days off to heal up and rest. Went out of town to visit relatives. Ate like shit cause they do lots of home baking. Loved eating whatever for a few days. Stoked to get back in the gym though. Almost done my diesel, probably another 5 days or so left.

The Amp02 seem's to not work as much anymore. I get a good pump but that probably from the Diesel.

Also looking back at all the reps on chest press, I think I burnt myself out before I could finish everything.

Thinking maybe do either bb bench or db bench per workout.
