Chin Up: 50 reps

Decline Crunch: 45x20,45x20,45x20,45x20,45x20
Stretching: Post work out
Running: Hiit 10min warm up and cool down
Daily Supplements: multi, 7.2g fish oil, 3 dieselbolan, 6 amp02, 5g creatine, 10g taurine.
How many hrs sleep night before: 10
 
The amp worked great the 1st few weeks. But I think my body is starting to get use to it now. I may have to up the dosage.

Stretching: Post work out

Daily Supplements: multi, 7.2g fish oil, 3 dieselbolan, 6 amp02,1 lipo-stim, 5g creatine, 10g taurine.

How many hrs sleep night before: 9
 
Going to try 5ml of liquid sustain alpha per day to see if it helps with the boys shrinking.

1st dose today, and it has a spicy taste to it lol. Could make for some nasty burps or heart burn.
 
Thanks bro. I would like to see mid 300's for squat, mid 400's for dl and mid 200's bench by summer. I figure that be pretty good for a year and half of lifting.
