What’s up boys, took last week off, It’s getting cold we’re I’m at and I have lots of stuff to do, no gym all last week, went on Friday for bloods, will take a week or so for results. Went to gym today; didn’t plan on it so I didn’t take meal pics but I have stayed on the keto and still look pretty good imho. I am likely going to settle into gym every other day as I still have lots to do before it gets cold.

IMO I'd have you do 6 x 10 of ONE grip width and then do the other the next time you train back.
