Self TRT is as follows:
125 /week sustanon
Pin every Sunday and Thursday
Proviron 25mg from magnum pharmaceuticals every day (let me know if this is necessary to still run; I dropped it down from 50 mg from my Deca NPP and sustanon cycle)
25 Mg Aromasin
8 caps nutrissa cycle support every day
Running this for 2-3 months until I hop back on probably just NPP and sustanon for a bulk cycle.

Normal supplements are as follows:
Morning:
300 mg alpha GPC
100 mg Uridine
2000 mg Walmart brand mushroom complex (lions mane and cordyceps extract)
1000 mg fish oil
250 mg epicatechin

Going to keep workouts with high cardio, but lower the volume of lifts.

Should I decrease the reps and keep the same sets per movement?

Or should I decrease the sets per movement and keep the same number of reps?

If yes to either can I increase weights?

I thank everyone for the kind words and the massive amounts of knowledge/tinkering with my set up on the cycle I just finished!

I really want to do a bulk cycle after chilling out for a bit, so please check and advise when and what I should run/ how long I should wait.
