Apparently when I start judo in a few weeks. In order for me to compete at a good weight class for my height. I would have to cut down to 198 or 178. lol
 
Stopped the katana cycle 11 days in. Blood pressure was getting high. My pct consist of 2 PCT 3x/day, 2 unleashed 2x/day, liquid sustain alpha 2x/day.
 
So I got another cycle planned. Its going to be a simple beastdrol cycle, 30mg per day for 30 days. Should be good for 10-15lbs :D. Going to do a 5 day split routine.
 
Here is what my routine will look like. 3 working sets of 5.

Decline
Pec Deck Flys
BB Pullover

Day 3 off

Day 4 Back

Gives you more time for your arms to recover since your routine has them getting hit 3 days in a row (back, shoulders, arms)

Btw how did your PCT go? how is your strength, did you lose some or keep it all????

Just work out every other day. Maybe go for a 20min jog on my day's off.

My pct went well, I kept all my strength and have increased since. I do have a little bit of a gyno issue, but nothing major.
