Holy Sh!T, just left emergency room!!

reminds me of what happend 2 months ago. I was starting on my lightest set with 295, and i was unracking the bar and bringing it over my chest when all the sudden both my wrists went out and curled forward, and the bar hit my chin and rolled down my neck. I couldnt talk for a few days, my chin felt like tyson hit me, and I had a huge gash in my neck, bt no permanent injuries. I was very thankful my spotter was relatively close, and my hands stayed on the bar trying to control it on the way down. It didnt work too well, and my spotter wasnt there until after the hit, but I was very lucky.

Similar thing happened to me a few years ago. I was dieting down and only eating 2500 calories along with taking clenbuterol.

It was leg day and I was doing Front Squats with about 300lbs. At the time I would get 10-12 reps easily with that weight. This time, I didn't have any chalk and decided to go ahead anyway, since it's not that heavy. On the third rep, the barbell started to slip on the way up but luckily I was able to lean forward and drop it. If it would have slipped when I was a little lower during the rep, I can't imagine what that weight could have done to me.

Power rack bor. I've had to set a front squat down cause it wasn't going back up lol. Shit though, I wish I could front 300 for 10-12.
