Treadmill 30min
Fatigue is really starting to set in the lower I get into the 230's. Went higher reps on squat today. I cut it short on set #2 could have done 10 but didn't feel like passing out. Still not a bad day. Will try for 2 sets of 7 next week and then 2 sets of 5 the following week. Adding 20lbs per side next week and then 10 lbs per side the following week is the plan. Will be starting Tbol and Anavar at 30mg each on Monday. This should help the strength in the gym. Ok everyone have a nice relaxing weekend!!!
