Approved Log My TRT blast planning log

Yes next cycle which I will start in the next week or 2.

Weeks 1-2
200mg test e
200 mg eq

Weeks3-14
400 mg test e
400 mg eq

Weeks 8-14
Winstrol 50mg ed

Plus N2Guard and fish oil. Also have AI on hand.

The reason for the first 2 weeks being 200mg of test and EQ is this will be my second cycle and first time using EQ so want to make sure I don’t have any weird reaction to it. I also purchased a the test/eq as a blend. EQ is one that I really want to try from what everything I have read about it. I also really want to try tren but gonna hold off on that one for a bit lol.
@BrightFuture i would stay 1-3 with the lower doses to feel eq more bro
NOT trenbolone dont do it imo

Today was shoulder day and I loved it. Probably one of the most fun days I have had in the gym in awhile.

Hammer shoulder press: 45x15 70x12 80x10 90x10 100x6
Reverse fly: 4 sets of 12 reps 100 pounds
Hammer shrugs: 180x30 180x25 180x25 180x20
Dumbbell lateral raise: 4 sets of 15 with 15 pounds
Facepulls: 100x20 110x20 120x16 120x15

I went with the pyramid sets on the shoulder press. This for me is a lot of fun and much easier on my shoulders than having a 10 rep goal for every set. I like to start light and then increase the weight until I won’t be able to get atleast 6-8 reps.

For the hammer strength shrugs I loved hitting 25-30 reps. Felt great on the traps. Super fun workout.
fun training day is important you gotta enjoy that bro :)

Alright so 2 days of workout to log about. Yesterday was chest day. I have trouble doing flat and incline presses in the same workout. Thinking I might do flat on my chest day then incline on Fridays to start my arm day. Still got it done though!

Dumbbell bench: 3 sets of 10 at 60 pounds(plan to increase to 65 or 70 next week, 60 was quite easy but haven’t done these in a while so started out light)
Hammer incline chest press: 70x10 80x10 90x10 (slight shoulder discomfort happens every time I try to do flat and incline in same workout)
Machine fly: 130x15 130x15 130x15 115x10
Incline fly: 4 sets 15 reps 25 pounds

Back day:
Rack pull: 135x12 225x12 225x12 225x12
Cable row: 165x15 150x15 135x12 120x12
Hammer lat pulldown: 100x12 100x12 110x12
Straight arm pulldown: 100x15 110x15 120x12 120x12

Also did tricep and bicep pump work at end.

The dumbbell flat bench gave a great pump. I have gotten a lot stronger which makes getting dumbbells into position a lot easier. Seriously considering replacing the hammer incline and shoulder press with dumbbell variations. Seem to be stalled on those and thinking it’s shoulder stability related. Dumbbells should improve the stabilizer muscles if I am not mistaken?
That's what I'm talking about

@BrightFuture Amazing updates bro.....numbers are solid.......

Be careful brother and if need be go get the shoulder check, my injury happen in my early 20s I'm 35 now so scar has healed really good, this a permanent scar because I tore my bicep tendon in my shoulder joint 2 bilateral tears one inner lateral tear that recovery was long and not fun at all, thankfully they did a small not super invasive surgery so it didn't ruin my bicep at all, just be careful.

Yeah I just have a bone island. Doctors said there really isn’t anything they can do about that. There is surgery but it’s not worth the risks. Told me to workout but avoid stuff that hurts.

Alright so it’s been a very busy last few days. As many of you here may recall my son has had multiple surgeries on his. Had a a hearing test a little over a month ago and he had severe hearing loss and we were looking at hearing aids. Surgeon decided to give him a pretty aggressive antibiotic regimen and see him again in a month. These apportionments are all an hour away. Well we got good news! Hearing improved dramatically due to the antibiotic regimen. No longer looking at hearing aids. No more appointments til December! We are relieved. We also went down to Morro Bay yesterday and the weather was pretty awesome.

Alright for the next cycle, winstrol to kick start or to finish? I know someone was saying kick start and someone else said use it to finish.
