I try not to do too many exercises with back but there a many angles you can hit can be fun. I like doing the straight arm lat pull down first then after the pull ups and close grip cable pull I could really feel the pump in my lats. I find my appetite is increasing I am upping the calorie intake hopefully will allow me to grow more without really adding fat as I have been see how it goes
