so then your objection to use of clomid is strictly due to a psychological imbalance at an already discouraging time.

that's perfectly understandable and agreed.

but i suppose that one who IS ready for a slight crash (due to low hormone levels) and mood swings (from clomid) and still trains his/her ass off while dieting properly will benefit from clomid.

SPATTS......

off topic but there's an ongoing debate in the anabolic board on which i believe you posted your view on cardio.

nelson seems to be opposed to cardio and while i've seen great results from training alone (thanks to good genetics and sustanon - lol) i was wondering if a 45 minute walk at a moderate pace (50% mhr) is considered "cardio".

also, is such walk catabolic at all?

thanks.

Any activity can be catabolic given the right circumstances. It always surprises me the people that are shocked to learn that every time they walk into a gym and lift weights, they are doing something catabolic. That's the idea...to do something catabolic to get your body to react with something anabolic.

To answer your question, I agree with Brickgirl. Keep some amo up your sleeve...don't pull out all the stops at once. First, diet...then maybe you need to add in a little cardio...then later maybe a tad more....then later maybe you add in 2x a day session (I'm talking comp prep here). If you bust out all the stops at once, you don't have any tricks left in your bag for shocking your body.

I say do what works. Isn't that the point? To reach a goal? Who cares if the way you got there doesn't jive with how someone else thinks you should get there? If what you're doing is working, keep doing it. If you're feeling you need a shock to the system, then either tighten up the diet or do cardio. Worst case scenario, it doesn't work and you try something else.

take a day off man. I know it seems like you are invincible now but the one day off does wonders for your joints and energy stores. When going off I would suggest hcg a little clomid anavar and clen. this way you will have some strength left and get the beneficial properties of clen to help cut and increase strength. plus with hcg and clomid you can jump start your own natural test levels

I always take a day off, and know exactly where you are coming from on this topic. My day off now consists of 60-90 minutes of cardio and nothing else. This way I dont feel like a lazy bastard for not going to the gym.

For the guys I know that use clomid, it turns them into whiney, pms'ing little bitches. Very, very moody...and the "depression" it can temporarily bring on won't help with the combined fact that you're feeling weaker, smaller, and starting hurt all over. It's alot of factors coming together, and clomid doesn't seem to make handling it any easier.

what do you recommend post cycle then? interested - going to be starting a cycle shortly and would love some input
