from y understanding...depending what you eat depends on how the carbs effect you. Nighttime protein is cool. Maybe casien (micellar) or egg whatever your choice. Low carbs def. Or you can use R-ala and just avoid the issue hehe.

Low carb diet.. i couldnt do it lol but if it makes u feel better i never went on no diet and lost 50 pounds in 1 year so w00t w00t .. dieting .. i dont recomend to no one.. but i can c you watching what you eat like drop soda candy and stuff like that witch i did and it workeD!! !!
