I'm on a high pro moderate carb low fat diet.....I usually get over 200g of protein ,100-150g of carbs and 30-40g of fat....I'm doing cardio in the morning for empty stomach 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes .
So is it true that you shouldn't eat carb after 6or 8PM??or it's just a myth??
