Alright girl!!!! Good 4 u posting your pics...you are on your way! I would suggest you hit the weights heavy and hard!!!! Your training is vital to toning....and you cant tone with light weights.....Make sure your diet is clean and full of everything you need......if you can post a sample so we can help ya out. It takes time, but if you are consistent it will happen! Keep it up!:)

Lift weight for arms 3sets of 15reps in morning afer the AB-DO er 10mins.Evening squats 3sets of 15reps 30lbs,dead lifts same & try to go for bike ride for 1/2hour before dinner.

My goal is to get cut. Doing winny because of lowsides,my husband does test & I will not. He help me do alot of research before getting into winny. So far I like the way I feel & starting to look. Plus winny was cheaper to start with.

On stats for got to add my scale does bf & said 30% want to be much lower than that in time.
