i have always changed my routines every 8 weeks, and when im doing a routine i use the same order exercises for each bodypart each time i work them (once a week) and dont change this order till i change my exercises after 8 weeks. today a guy told me i should keep the exercises teh same for 8 weeks but change the order every week. does this help alot what do u think, also he advocated doing since i do legs all in one day like diong quads then hamstrings one session, then the next week hamstrings first then quads. does this matter a lot, cuz it seems like it would be hard to track ur weight of exercises since u would be changing their order eacht time??
