a few years ago I did a 4week course of M1T (with pct) but I don't think that the PCT was the correct dose or for long enough etc
I got great results from the M1T and have kept the gains but I am carrying fat on my chest (something which I have never done before.
I am wondering/worried that this may be gyno?
I am now getting quite lean (approx. 8-9% body fat) but I can feel soft tissue on my chest over the muscle.
Please refrain from telling me how silly I was to have gone ahead with such a course without properly researching it all first (believe me I tell myself that everyday in the mirror).
I had up until now (that I can start to see a six pac) had assumed that the little bit of fat would go when I got properly lean (into single digits) body fat but NO its still there.
Is there anything I can do other than surgery?
Can I do another course of something and then double the length of time I use the PCT?
Any advice gratefully received.
