main lifting goal it to improve my bench it is by far my weakest body part. i would also like to increase my squat by another 50-75# for reps of 10. I will also be trying to compete in BB show this summer so the lifting goals will more than likely wait until after that.

Lower Bodyfat %
Complete a 350 lb Bench Press by the end of 2002 (at 290-300 currently)
Be able to Squat 420 lb (@ 360 now)
Deadlift 475lb (@ 410 approx now)

I'd like bigger arms, maybe like 1.5" more =)

to use the current (powerlifting)record weights in my age/division/country and use them as warm up weights, smash the australian records, and still be drug free.

fill up my home gym even more

snap a bar while deadlifting at a chrome gym

Physique-wise, my goals are:
1. 220lbs at 8% BF (currently about 215-220 at 14%)
2. 17" lean arms (currently about 16.75")
3. Increase size of all delts, especially rear (always a weakness)
4. Improve traps and upper back, for some reason, no matter how much I dead or row, they are very stubborn to grow.

Strength wise, my goals are:
1. Deadlift 500lbs (I am about 40lbs away from this)
2. Bench 315 for 5 reps
3. DB Military Press with 100lb DB for reps
4. Begin consistent strong man work (stones, barrels, sandbags, farmer's walks, car pulling, car pushing) at least once a week.

I also really need to start doing some cardio (I hate that shit!) I went snowboarding this year, and did not have the stamina I used to.

I am pretty happy with lower body size and strength, so most of my goals are upper body related. I feel I could easily accomplish these with a few well thought out routines and cycles, but as I am now natural, it will be a bit more challenging. I may not get all those goals, but I will get close.

By the summer: Gain 15 pounds LBM...

Increase my bench/squat/dead to:

350 x 5/405 x 8/500 x 8

That should be fairly easy. Currently 310 x 3/365 x 7/455 x 7

Gain 15-20 pounds LBM, which would put me at 230, ~7%. (currently at 212, 8%)

Who knows.... I may consider powerlifting, but I couldn't gain any more weight really, those lifts are not competitive at 230.... But we'll see. 230 @ 7% might be big enough to consider competing in BBing, just for fun.

Also want to get my NCSA certification, and, oh, get into a med school.

I'd like to make it through 2002 to without falling down and breaking my hip. :D
