Are there any specific for women?

My strength, my sets, my endurance have all inproved over the course of the last 4 months.

Start Weight: 136lbs, Now: 121lbs
Start Waiste: 28inches, Now 24.5 Inches
Bust Start 36, Now 34
Hips Start 39, Now 36

I am getting toned and harder everywhere, but even though i have increased the number of meals, I'm still losing weight. I can't lose any more weight, but I'm at my wits end about keeping it on.

I am pretty sure it'smy carb intake thatis an issue asi stated previously. I have also cut down on my cardio, but still the scale dips .

I eat every few hours and daily i consume

4 cans of tuna, 2 chicken breasts, about 10 tablespoons of peanut butter (if not more), 2 cups of veggies, 1 sweet patato.

So as i said, sure it's my carb in take. I usually mix the tuna and the chicken breast with salsa.

Work out wise i do 45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and lift 3-4 depending on the way the days of the week lay.

I'm not taking clen,i stopped because of losing weight and 2 days ago started a new cycle of anavar.

I drink over 4 litres of water a day.

Take a multivitmin, extra calcium and extra iron.

I know i mentioned this before, but nothing seems to work..I have even started cheating a bit, Eating a chocolate bar a day and i still don't seem to be able to keepinches or weight on.

Even though my arms, legs and abs r looing really good, my ribs r sticking out, and sois my pelvic bone.. would love a littl extra meat on these 2 places

PLP - drop cardio all together for 2 weeks and see if your weight doesnt normalize.

That is a hell of a lot of cadio for someone wanting to GAIN weight. That is more than many do to LOSE weight.

Like Shadow said - DROP the cardio for awhile. See what happens.

The best advice that anyone has given you here is dropping the cardio for a couple of weeks. Add in some carbs, keep your weight workouts intense, and your muscles will fill out nicely. I think you're at the point where you're fairly happy with your level of bodyfat, now it's just a matter of fine tuning. Good luck.
