I guess that as many of you out there, I'll be gone on holidays for a couple of weeks.
What would you do if your summer resort is in the middle of nowhere and the a Gym is rare to find?
My concern is more about the changes I should make into my diet.
I'm 30 y.o., 6' 202#.
Assuming a constant workout, I usually try to keep my food intake around 3000 calories with the scope of putting on some more lean mass.
Now that I will be gone for two weeks and working out will be occasional, how would you suggest to change my diet?
I do not want to shrink now that I have to be on a beach ;(
