Summer Vacations and no gym...WHAT to do?!

Hello buddies.

I guess that as many of you out there, I'll be gone on holidays for a couple of weeks.
What would you do if your summer resort is in the middle of nowhere and the a Gym is rare to find?
My concern is more about the changes I should make into my diet.
I'm 30 y.o., 6' 202#.
Assuming a constant workout, I usually try to keep my food intake around 3000 calories with the scope of putting on some more lean mass.
Now that I will be gone for two weeks and working out will be occasional, how would you suggest to change my diet?
I do not want to shrink now that I have to be on a beach ;(

if u get a high quality motel some of them have their own little gyms, but if not, when im on vacation i just hit the sit ups and push ups alot, and just try and eat meats when i go out, like avoid fried stuff. and if they have a pool maybe swim a couple laps.
 
Sit ups, push ups, find a beam to do chin ups, sit ups, crunches, twists, side bends, take 2 dumbells and a little bit of weight w/ you, Or find a gymm if you can!!
 
jogging, crunches, push-ups are all great exercises...Didn't Hershal Walker swear that he never lifted a weight in his life and only did pull-ups/push-ups? He was a big mo-fo
