Questions about carbs and fats in my shake.

I know you probly shouldn't cosume carbs with fats, but what about fibre?

i'd like to add 3tbsp's of raw flax seeds to my shake.

the nutrition would like this

carbs: 13 (9 are fibre)
protein: 29
fat: 13 (9 are poly, 3 mono, 1 sat)

is this bad, ok, or am i fine?
 
Adding fiber and flax seeds is ok.

However, if this is a post workout shake, I would suggest you don't add anything to it, because you need something that will be absorbed quickly.

If not, then it is a good idea to add fiber or EFA's, since this will slow down the absorption.
