Another meh day. Trying to work on grip strength. Couldnt quite get it up to lockout with 605. It will be there on meet day though. Still have 4 weeks for grip to strengthen up and the IGF-1 LR3 along with the NPP/Deca should help greatly with that. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!
I wish there was some type of spray or something I could put on my thumbs so I can do hook grip without any pain. Would be easy to do if you could just numb the thumbs.
