Ok, in the summer I go from about 25-40 hours of cardio a week to about 5, some help?

Ok, lately I've been getting about 5 hours of cardio daily due to fencing and shit (although fencing is anabolic as well.. I had defined quads and crazy extensors and biceps before I even touched a weight, plus apparently fencing is the #1 sport in the world for lower back strength), but in the summer I only fence 5 hours a week and go play soccer or run with some friends to stay in shape once or twice a week. I've been having trouble lifting lately since I don't get any off days at all during my week, so I'm looking forward to summer. I've lost a few pounds (dropped down to a shredded 135 or so, kinda disappointed since I can only dead like 250 now, guess it's alright for just turned 14) I was thinking of doing something like this for lifting wise... suggestions are appreciated.

mon:off, maybe some neck training.
tues: fence 2 1/2 hours, abs, calves
wed: off or run/soccer
thurs:fencing 2 1/2 hours
fri:back/bi/forearm, probably squats and/or stiff legged deads to finish off the legs for the week.
sat:off/run/bike/whatever
sunday:chest/tri/shoulder

will be trying to get well over 120g protein and 200g carbs daily, can be hard though..

im not shure what your trying to do get bigger or just be a better fencer. but if i were you take an hour off of fencing tuesday and thursday and do weight training. add in some upperback workouts, all i see is deadlifts for your back. deadlifts alone wont cut it for overall back development

I didn't list exercises.. for back I do deads, bent over rows and weighted pullups currently.

I don't care about size, but strength and mobility are both very important to me. I would O-lift if I had someone to show me how. My workouts are all compound, 6-12 rep range because heavy is taxing on CNS and my CNS is damn well fatigued all the time, so I can't go lower than 6 very often.

I'm looking more for what nature my program should most likely be.
