BLOW EM UP BICEPS or something like that... Here is such a friggin funny quote....

"
Arnold Schwarzenegger used to say a pump was like an orgasm, and he was right. Today, half the guys who go into a gym probably don’t know what either of those are. They’ve never worked out heavy enough or long enough to know what a true pump is. As soon as they feel one start to build, they figure they’ve peaked the set, so they quit, pumpus interruptus. Don’t ever do that. The pump is the best part. When it starts, don’t stop until you’ve used it all. Train for pain, and keep training until it quits. When you can no longer feel anything, when everything goes dead, that’s the only time you should stop a set.

PUMPUS INTERRUPTUS.... Who came up with that crap! someone obviously seen too much Gladiator.....

what's the relationship between the pump peak and muscle failure? I try to work until muscle failure in my sets. Since I work out alone I usually have to stop one or two reps before failure.

that article was such a joke...he was trying to convince people you get big arms training them 3 times a week with 20 sets each time and didnt even mention nutrition...he also said the greatest fantasies for a woman is to touch the biceps of a mass freak...trying to get guys to believe youre hot stuff if you look like greg kovacs

Reminds of me an article that made me lose my last ounce of trust and respect for pro bodybuilders and bodybuilding magazines....

.... that was the article which said "Rep to 100 and GROW!!" It was telling you that your legs will blow out if you do sets of 100 squats at a time.

I bet the next week they wrote another article saying single reps are the best way to pack mass on your quads.

I personally know a ghost writer that used to do a pro's column, the pro doesn't even see it, at least back then. Don't blame Levrone too much for the "interruptous" :)
