once you get to a certain age you just have to dial things back regardless
if there were miracle cures then pro athletes would be still going in their 40s and 50s

I think it's a combination of things that people need to work on
injuries are something that we all will have to deal with as we get older

tell us more about your Alaska cruise
seems like you're traveling all over the place What's Saint Thomas like is it cool

thanks for the update on this
I dealt with a lot of injuries in my 20s I've had to work through them

I wonder what pro athletes are doing when it comes to stuff like this
I haven't heard that they are doing these types of injections unless I'm wrong
I can’t say for pro athletes I know around here it all started being noticed when a company called QC connetitcs. Michael Irving swears by them promoting.
I met Lee Roy Jordan few years back on a hunting trip. At dinner he was talking about stem cell in his knees being life changing.
I do know cortisone shots are temporary. And too many of them will start to break down ligaments.
Several power lifters at my gym have had success. Along with couple trainers and others.
The nice thing I feel is it can’t be bad cause you are only putting back in your body. The stuff that came from your body.
Considering all the unknown stuff we all put in us. This seems the safest.

My wife prefers cold places. I am a warm place guy. Swim trunks and flip flops is perfect for me.
I gave in and we went to Alaska.
Port out of Seattle.
Stopped at 3 ports. Whale watching. Zip line. And cool train ride up into Canada.
Was an excellent trip and absolutely beautiful.
End our cruise in Vancouver.
That is a beautiful city. We stayed the a couple extra days. Truly enjoyed their city and food.

Then day after thanksgiving we flew to the Virgin Islands.
I was in heaven. Did lots of relaxing on this trip also.
Couple massages on both trips.

Typically on trips like this I cut down and get all shredded. Ya know, just wanna look good.
This trip I was in a bulk and decided not to fight it. I enjoyed the extra food. Yes had some yummy stuff out of normal. Just tried to eat as much as possible and eat the best I could.
Both trips being all inclusive made food easy.

What physical rehab are you doing?
Not doing any specific rehab.
Just all the typical band work and stretches.
Other than that it is just weight lifting. Again I can’t say I do super heavy it is more like 20-25lb on all the delt raises.
Over head Brea’s is 45-55-60-65 lb sets of 10-12.
10-15 lb 4 way and 6 way raises.
35 lb raises (partial) to to get weight in hands.
Plus and machine I can get time on.
