Product arrived in the mail yesterday. Followed directions with 10 sprays on muscle to workout.

Yesterday was back day and without my girlfriend or anybody being around it hard to properly apply to the back by one's self. I made the best of it though. Since you indirectly work your bi's and I do a little direct work on bi's to finish off I applied the product to my bi's also.

By the time I was at the gym about a half hour later I could feel a little tighness. My workout was good and heavy, for me at least and I worked my bi's with 3 sets of seated incline db curls to finish my workout. The workout was over all strong and there was definitelty a noticeable pump and tightness.

Today I'm working chest directly and with do a little tri work afterwards to finish off. I will post results on Monday.

On a side note though and noted by NBMPLANO's log I was wondering if it might be better to change the spray nozzle to one that will provide more of a misting action. This way you won't have as much run off and possibly waste the stuff.
 
Worked chest on friday and felt great. The product does seem to tighten and warm the muscles being worked more than usual. Working shoulders today and will post tomorrow.

I'm curious to see how the product will work with continued use of a couple weeks. Will keep you posted on results.
 
Worked on shoulders on Monday. My workout weight wasn't as quite as good as last week but this was probably due to being sick over the weekend. To heep the intensity up I added a few more sets with extra reps. I got a great pump and my shoulders are still tight. To me thats good, equivalent to some peolple getting sore which doesn't happen to me very often anymore.

Worked Bi's / Ti's on Tuesday with the same workout weight issue as above. I still think due to being sick over the weekend. Added extra sets and reps and got a hell of a workout with an outstanding pump.

Last night and today I took mega does multi / witamins to hopefuly get over the usual or better workout weight that I can usually handle since it's leg day. I like to go as heavt as I can. Today will the first workout using INFUSE on the legs so I can't wait to give it a shot
 
Break down of week 3/1/05:

Wed: Worked legs and was able to push a large volume reps / sets. Really liked the way the nfuse warms the muscles.

Thursday: Worked back and got a great pump. My back was still stiff on the weekend from the workout.

Fri: Worked chest and also got a great pump.

Break down of week 3/7/05:

Again Mon/Shoulders, Tues/Arms, Wed/Legs, Thurs/Back and Fri/Chest

One of the things I notice is that you definitely seem to be able to concentrate on the working muscles much better and the pump and tightness does last for several hours later.
