Being High After Heavy Deads

Exactly. Strenous exercise releases endorphins wich are one of the body's "feel-good" nuerotransmitters.
I always feel great on the ride home from the gym after an intense day of lifting. I love it.

My buddy at the gym say that when doing exercises like dead-lift, leg press and squats at a heavy weight, kicks in your bodys natural growth hormone... supposed to be kicking in when you feel like you are going to puke.

Don't know if it's sound... but it's something to go on. ;)

i find that after a real heavy, intense set of deadlifts. i feel like im gonna pass out, i get really light headed and sometimes feel nautious. but that usually passes pretty quick, like when the blood starts to get back to my head:D

It feels kinda good, like i just took a big hit of a 3 gram bat or sumthin'. Am i the only one this happens to???

I get that feeling too.. It's the endorphins rush... I love it...

That is why I usually deadlift as my first exercise then for the rest of my workout I am stronger since my CNS as been stimulated.

445lbs for a double is great for a natural or even a juicer !!!

I get 455 x 5 reps and I have been juicing for years and deadlifting for 6 years :)
 
because the legs are the biggest muscles group, they require more blood during exercise, which results in less blood going to the brain. This in combination with endorphin release gets you really high
