MONDAY UPDATE:
MEAL 5 was egg drop soup last night - a bunch of it. I am guestimating my total calories to be around 1400 or 1500 with 30% fat, 15-20% carbs, and around 50% protein.
No gym last night but I did walk around the neighborhood last night and again this morning. My hamstrings are SCREAMING with every step.

Plié squat on smith machine, which targets the inner thighs, hams, quadriceps, and glutes (I think?)
