WW's New SUMMER Log ...

WW.....Lean Cuisine isn't too, too horrendous on sodium for a frozen dinner, I THINK most are between 450-700mg at the most, but I may be wrong, so if I am, anybody can feel free to correct me......I am a big taste guy too, and like you, I can't stand choking down crap, and Stouffer's are the only frozen dinners I can stand, and I love ON Whey too, I never tried Twin Lab, but if you like it, I will keep it in mind.

Actually, lol, that is a pretty horrendous amount of Sodium....BUT for a frozen dinner it is okay, lol.

CK- Hmmm... yes salsa does sound good, maybe you are thinking of brushetta w/the toast? That's a great idea, esp with my bread that I bought!! What do you stuff the tomatoes with? I've only done stuffed peppers in the past..

Bunny- your bad idea sounds very very gooooood. Sunday is cheat day... can't wait!

T- I've love for you to! But watch it with the pink dumbbells or it will be the other way around! Muscle Milk is great tasting, esp. in coffee. Otherwise I stick with ON or twin lab... they taste pretty good too and I am picky w/stuff like that. I can't be choking down a shake....

For Sleep Aids, I have a pretty low tolerance so Tylenol PM might work on the nights where I have aches and pains and insomnia... I wouldn't think you had a problem unless you were telling me you were popping a few ambien nightly. How is the sodium w/Lean Cuisine? I usually add in more veggies to mine - if it's chicken and broccoli, I add in more frozen broccoli... or have a side salad. One frozen diet dinner isn't enough for me either :)

brushetta is exactly what I was thinking, not sure what you stuff the tomatoes with I have only eaten them, I think there is cheese and peppers involved though, can you tell I am a big chef! :)

T - Twin Lab tastes great, even made w/just water. I like their vanilla and chocolate. strawberry isn't the greatest. two scoops = 50 grams. And when it comes to sodium, I don't add salt into much of anything else I cook, so I'd be okay with one frozen dinner - three would kill me - I am thinking of holding 5-10 pounds of water weight!! :(

CK - searching recipes online for tomatoes, I'll letcha know if I find anything good. Brushetta is easy enough, and I love it with tons of garlic! :chomp:

sbt2082- Thanks! I woke up with no electricity!!! It came back on, I arrived to work 30 minutes late but it was another day from hell. It's going downhill from here too... I know it. I can't wait for the office to just CLOSE!!!

Yep, worked until almost 8 PM last night - fun fun. I was exhausted and mentally just not right for the gym so I went home, cooked and cleaned and watched the end of rockstar supernova. The didn't pick my man Toby. :(

I must have felt guilty about skipping out yesterday because at 5:30 this AM I couldn't sleep so I got out of bed, popped a cardio breeze and went for 45 minutes on the treadmill and lots of stretching. Will go back tonight for legs.
