I found that last week the elliptical machine felt too bouncy. I plan on 20 minutes incline treadmill @ 3.8 to 4 MPH and 40 minutes stationary bike.

M4 -- chicken breast, broccoli
M6 -- TBD, I need to grocery shop. The wine fest was more important yesterday. On the list are eggs, fresh/frozen veggies, sweet potatoes, tilapia or orange roughy.

MEAL 5 -
Stopped by a farm market last night after the gym - picked up tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant. Also could resist a loaf of their fresh bread. Sautéed up the zucchini with EVOO and garlic last night to eat w/my chicken and some of the bread which was bangin'!!! I also sampled some of the tomatoes while I was cooking, yum.

MEAL 6-
two small handfuls frozen grapes

TONIGHT-
buy more muscle milk @ gym for coffee
get to the gym and to my sisters softball tournament tonight before the 8 PM big brother finale
put away the mountains of folded clothes currently housed on my love seat

THIS WEEK-
request - the 22nd off from work for my second scheduled post-op check up & massage -- want 'clearance' to get back to lifting light weights/upper body. currently feel like the biggest idiot curling the five-pounders.
shop - pick up more eggs and ground turkey - maybe even some frozen meals?? need suggestions on good ones.
shop - find the perfect fitting sports bra - I only have one *good* one now and I like sleeping in it. FYI, no more soreness on my right side but slight limitations to my range of motion... irritating than anything else. And sleeping still sucks! Sleeping on my side is getting better but on my back is just downright uncomfortable. Thinking about buying Tylenol PM or a sleep aide?

Muscle Milk is my favorite supplement, I don't know that it works any better than anything else, but it is by far the best tasting, lol.

For Sleep Aids, I never liked Tylenol PM because for me at least it never did a damn thing.......Unisom works.....so does Nyquil, although it supposedly isn't the easiest on the tummy.....but I never use them for more than a day or 2, lol, I don't want you thinking I have serious problems, lol.

If you do a frozen meal, anything by Stouffer's is the best tasting I think (even Lean Cuisine)....although if I eat a Lean Cuisine I usually have at least 3 of them, lol.

Tell the pink dumbells I said hi tonight.

Not sure it would fit in the diet though. I prefer Chubby Hubby :chomp: .. I actually got creative with the ANPB pretzels & ice cream one night & decided to concoct a generic version lol... BAD IDEA :cow:

Salsa sounds good or there is a recipe where you take bread and a tomatoe and melt cheese over it and I think there are some spices and toast the bread(recipe thread might have it)

M1 - slice of my farmers market bread w/anpb and a whey shake with skim
M2 - ezekiel wrap with lite veggie cream cheese, 4 oz turkey, lettuce. baby carrots and celery. office candy dish had Nips candy which was mentioned in another thread so I tried one of those too.
M3 - med granny smith apple with 1 tbsp anpb

M5 - TBD
 
CK- Hmmm... yes salsa does sound good, maybe you are thinking of brushetta w/the toast? That's a great idea, esp with my bread that I bought!! What do you stuff the tomatoes with? I've only done stuffed peppers in the past..

Bunny- your bad idea sounds very very gooooood. Sunday is cheat day... can't wait! :evil:

T- I've love for you to! But watch it with the pink dumbbells or it will be the other way around! Muscle Milk is great tasting, esp. in coffee. Otherwise I stick with ON or twin lab... they taste pretty good too and I am picky w/stuff like that. I can't be choking down a shake....

For Sleep Aids, I have a pretty low tolerance so Tylenol PM might work on the nights where I have aches and pains and insomnia... I wouldn't think you had a problem unless you were telling me you were popping a few ambien nightly. How is the sodium w/Lean Cuisine? I usually add in more veggies to mine - if it's chicken and broccoli, I add in more frozen broccoli... or have a side salad. One frozen diet dinner isn't enough for me either :)
