I have been having trouble trying to figure somthing out so I thought that I would post here to get some opinions. I need to find a different option for the protein that I take at the gym right after my workout. I have found out that I have an allergy to dairy which means protein powder is out ( can't stand the taste of soy ). Does anyone have any ideas for me to replace those grams of protein?
