ok I've been doing this for awhile and i like it so far. What i do it cook two packs of top ramen soup, i drain the water and a can of tuna and then I mix 1 1/2 packs of the seasoning. It isnt bad at all. PLus it is cheap as hell.

What do you think, is this a good idea?

The ramen noodles probably aren't the best source of carbs as far as an insulin response is concerned...but for its price it doesn't seem to bad and I'm gonna give it a try. thanks later

Check it.............

U ain't gotta worry about the sodium........hell, tuna is high in sodium........besides, I don't cut out sodium until the dying days of a contest........keeps u full...................

what sucks is that the noodles are FRIED! The fat content is fuckin' crazy..........that with carbs is a NO NO!!!!! It is also a suck ass form of carbs.............just being real......

Sodium is okay as long as you don't put both packets of seasoning in with the noodles.

As far as carbs go, however, the noodles are a poor choice. I would go for lower glycemic carbs. Potatoes or brown rice are excellent choices and are equally as inexpensive.
