Today was arm day:
4 sets of alternating dumbell curls until failure
4 sets of hammer curls with rope until failure
4 sets of preacher curls until failure
Tris.
4 sets of triceps rope pushdown until failure
4 sets behind the head towards ceiling rope extensions until failure
4 sets single handle cable pushdowns with each arm until failure.
Abs:
4 sets 30 reps weighted and crunches

Eats:
2 cups of Joe
Protein shake 50 g
6 eggs
1 bowls shredded chicken breast with butter and lemon & seasonings.

Strawberry banana smoothie
1 Oikos Greek yogurt
1 Apple
2 tangerines
Protein shake # 2 50 g
1 t bone steak
 
The 4 sets until failure isn't that bad. The last set is the weakest of all. It's the least amount of reps. And the failure, is just until I get stuck and can't do the full rep. Usually I get stuck half way up on the last rep. Rest a minute and do it again.

4 sets incline cable flys until failure
4 sets palms in seated flys towards ceiling for upper chest until failure
Back:
4 sets lat pulldowns until failure
4 sets seated cable rows until failure

4 sets of seated legs extensions until the failure
4 sets stand cable leg curls until failure
4 sets of standing calf raises until failure
4 sets of light squats until good burn and pump.

Abs: 4 sets of 30 weighted high pulley cable crunches with triceps rope while on knees.
Eats:

Two cups of Joe
Protein shake #1 50 g
6 eggs scrambled

1 bowl of baked shredded chicken breast with some butter and lemon juice and seasonings.

1 bowl of green beans with butter salt and pepper.

2 chicken Tacos with corn tortillas.l cheese and salsa.

Protein shake # 2 50 g

1 Oikos Greek yogurt triple zero

1 Apple

1 Tangerine

Been on Tirzepatide 5 mg for a week. I do the doses on Thursdays. After the injection no appetite sets in quickly. Then everyday afterwards you get your appetite back a little more until the next injection. Then it starts over with no appetite again. Stuff works lost 16 lbs in 5 weeks. But also on Test/300 Mast/200 & Turinabol 50 with Ipamorelin before bed. And in a bit of a deficit.

Its crazy because you see food, but it doesn't entice you. There is no difference between looking at a burger and a brick. You don't crave sugary junk. You get full a lot quicker when eating.

@Dogbreath you trained in 15min or I misread it bro :) I was like super fast

food is clean you under control and with Tirzepatide appetite is gone for sure. It really helps guys with dieting and cravings. Legit Glp-1 peptides work. I think you're lean enough, you can even cut the dose a bit.
