4 sets of seated legs extensions until the failure
4 sets stand cable leg curls until failure
4 sets of standing calf raises until failure
4 sets of light squats until good burn and pump.
Abs: 4 sets of 30 weighted high pulley cable crunches with triceps rope while on knees.

1 bowl of baked shredded chicken breast with some butter and lemon juice and seasonings.
1 bowl of green beans with butter salt and pepper.
2 chicken Tacos with corn tortillas.l cheese and salsa.

Been on Tirzepatide 5 mg for a week. I do the doses on Thursdays. After the injection no appetite sets in quickly. Then everyday afterwards you get your appetite back a little more until the next injection. Then it starts over with no appetite again. Stuff works lost 16 lbs in 5 weeks. But also on Test/300 Mast/200 & Turinabol 50 with Ipamorelin before bed. And in a bit of a deficit.
Its crazy because you see food, but it doesn't entice you. There is no difference between looking at a burger and a brick. You don't crave sugary junk. You get full a lot quicker when eating.
