but eating harder for sure with the GLP-1 drugs, how about you lower the dose of Tirzepatide to 1 mg to see how you feel?

Also the ipam 300mcg a bit much I would go with 200mcg if before bed, how you sleeping on it? @Dogbreath

I toss and turn a lot during the night. I was thinking Ipamorelin makes you sleep better. At least it worked like that the last time I ran it.
 
Today was legs:
4 sets standing cable leg curls until failure each leg.
4 sets of seated leg extensions until failure.
4 sets seated calf raises until failure
4 sets standing calf raises until failure.

Eats.

Protein shake #1 50 grams

6 scrambled eggs with butter salt and pepper

Baked boneless skinless chicken breast shredded in a bowl. With lemon butter and seasoning.

Broccoli

1 Apple

Protein shake # 2 50 grams

Another bowls of shredded chicken breast.

Eating is getting harder since I started the 5 mg of Tirzepatide. Not very hungry and when I eat I get full quickly. Definitely dropping fat and getting leaner over the last month running it at 2.5 mg. Lost 10 lbs so far. Will probably be more after another 4 weeks on 5 mg's. Also started Ipamorelin @ 300 mcg before bed.

Today was arms day:
8:00 AM - 8: 35
4 sets hammer curls until failure.
4 sets standing alternating cable curls until failure.
4 sets standing with EZ curl bar until failure
4 sets triceps extensions with rope until failure
4 sets behind the head towards ceiling rope extensions until failure
4 sets pushdowns with v bar until failure.

Eats:
2 cups of joe

6 eggs scrambled.

Protein shake #1

Large Bowl of shredded chicken with butter and low cal Italian dressing salt and pepper.

Strawberry, banana, Greek yogurt and Almond milk smoothie.

10 shrimp with cocktail sauce & lemon

Protein shake #2

1 chopped avocado salad with olive oil and vinegar salt and pepper

5 bottles of water.

Today was chest & Back day:
7:30 am - 8:15

4 sets Flat bench with single handle cables until failure.
4 sets incline cable flys until failure
4 sets palms in seated flys towards ceiling for upper chest until failure
Back:
4 sets lat pulldowns until failure
4 sets seated cable rows until failure
@Dogbreath very tight day, I really am impressed how you goto failure, very few guys doing that :)
 
Started seeing some new striations on upper chest while pumped, after workout today. Must be the Masteron starting to do a little something?
masteron will dry you out for sure but its also your dedication and training bro :)

can you share the pics of the pump? if you want, I'm just curious and want to support your cuts with the EF family
