Myself it is Milk/Water/Gatorade only. Milk in my protein shake/smoothie in the AM. Around 6 8oz glasses of water while I'm at work. For Meal #5 (dinner) I usually drink Gatorade. I have been thinking of eliminating Gatorade completely tho because I'm trying to get lean. What is your opinion on Gatorade? I'm drinking around 12 oz or maybe a tad more at night.
