So what does everyone drink?

Myself it is Milk/Water/Gatorade only. Milk in my protein shake/smoothie in the AM. Around 6 8oz glasses of water while I'm at work. For Meal #5 (dinner) I usually drink Gatorade. I have been thinking of eliminating Gatorade completely tho because I'm trying to get lean. What is your opinion on Gatorade? I'm drinking around 12 oz or maybe a tad more at night.
 
I only drink water and tea, when Im out of the house and I usually go for a powerade or gatorade but im only out of the house like 2-3 times out of a week (weekend)
 
yeah you should drop the gatorade completely.. Have you taken our advice and stopped the excessive cardio?
 
unlimited water, 8oz OJ, and 16oz skim per day

i have a glass of iced tea on Sunday with my cheat meal...
 
Water when I'm at school, but once i get home and want to unwind, i add some crystal light with calcium. YUM!!!
 
Good job on the weight loss bro. But now it is time to pu some muscle on those bones. Start lifting... and lifting heavy.
