Decided we were due for a deload as I am not concerned about gaining any more strength or weight so I dropped the Tbol yesterday and am taking this day to just deload and off during the weekend. I have as much muscle and strength as anytime in the last 30 years so I am happy with how things are moving along. Going sideways is not a bad idea for the next few weeks. IGF-1 starts back up again on Monday for a month so I am sure I will continue to put on size without hardly trying. Not sure if we will deload legs on Monday or not. All depends how the body feels after this weekend. Have a nice weekend everyone!!!
@RoidRage69 DELOAD is the best thing I heard in a while, right now stay rested over the weekend and you'll feel better
i see you making big gains, now deload less weight more food and a lean recomp
