W/ups, bar x 8, 60kg x 8, 85kg x 6 then straight to a lifetime best of 140kg/308lbs/3 plates a side x 1

Wrist Roller
Worked to 60kg x 20 reps e/way
Then
LH: 70kg/1544lbs over the top/extensor work
RH: 80kg/176lbs x 20 reps
Nice pump. Right forearm back to a pumped PB of 17-inches

Usual warm ups, worked to working weight (single ply slingshot)
to 185kg x 3 reps, 190kg x 3 reps, 195kg/429lbs x 3 reps

Mid Iso Row
Wgt per side, 1 side at a time
45kg/99lbs x 8 reps, 90kg/198lbs x 8 reps, 135kg/297lbs x 4 reps

Ran out of time for Saxon Bar
 
Monday
Ignoring an iffy gut and pre training silly heavy anxiety = sh*t got done. Inc PB for reps
Hatfield Squat
100kg x 8 reps, 220kg x 8 reps and a weight/rep PB of 370kg/838lbs x 4 (yep I bled again)

Leg Press
250kg x 10 reps, 450kg x 10 reps and what I think was 730kg x 6 reps (didn't count it to double check just filled it)

Lying Leg Curl
to 19p x 4 r/p reps (PB)

Leg Extensions
to 90kg/198lbs stack x 2 x 15 reps
 
Tuesday
Played around with the new thick handled dumbbell by Mark Haydock
Seated Press
w/up then 60kg x 8, 85kg x 6 and 125kg/275lbs x 4 reps (1-2 more there)

60mm/2 and 3/8ths of an inch thick handled dumbbell deadlift
Lots of faffing with collars and making the set up feel tight / solid
set up +40kg x 3 x 3 reps then 60kg/132lbs x 3 x 3 both hands. Dead level. Then a slightly tilted +80kg/176lbs x 1 r/h only

w/up, 15kg x 8 reps, 25kg x 8 reps, 35kg x 8 reps

Skull Crushers / Tricep Pressdown
Should have been just TPD
bar x 20 reps, 29kg x 12 reps, 49kg x reps. Loaded the bar then remembered cos I'm a dumb a** lol. So TPD 19p x 4 reps PB

Standing BB Wrist Curls
bar x 20 reps, 60kg x 8 reps, 90kg x 8 reps, 120kg x 6 reps

Epic session. No training buddies. Also weights I'd purchased for the local gym arrived

1/2 stack x 8 reps, stack+20kg x 8 reps, +40kg x 8 reps and +60kg (eqv to 156kg/343lbs) x 6 reps

Thick Handled Dumbbell Work
Slight balls up on my part. Meant to add 1.25kg/2.5lbs but added 3.75kg. Corrected so worked to 61.25kg/133lbs x 2 x 3 reps

Bwt (yesterday) 329lbs. Gonna up sus/deca cycle by 50%
