But, to Missfit's point, at lower bodyfat when the ol' girls aint' around so much anymore and you do start to get the developing pec look, that becomes an issue in "how you look". This is the exact reason why competitors basically HAVE to get a boob job if they plan to go anywhere in BB or fitness competition. The "feminine" look. That makes everythign about how you train a choice about what look you want at the outcome. You shape yourself many different ways based on how you diet & train. But that is your choice. To say women "should" or "shouldn't" do things is kinda dumb. They should understand the basics and apply intelligently.

You just reminded me of the old Cosby stage show where he was talking about the women picking rice & having a baby out in the field who, once "popped out" starting picking the rice with the mother.... :lmao:

Goddammit.

Like I said, women have done many things to keep the human race moving. Imagine if it was all left up to the guys like the Victorian era recommended. Holy shit. We'd still be living in caves & sitting around in smelly underwear.

Well, Sassy, heavy weights DO make you bulky. Didn't you know?


lol As IF gaining muscle was that easy.

Also, 99% of the females complain they have "big thighs". They don't do legs because their legs get too big. I am sure that 800 hours of cardio, starvation diet, and the one meal of a big mac had NOTHING to do with the "bulky thighs".
