Whats up guys, I have been doing well on my cut but, I want some critiques of my plan to see if I can improve something. (Eager to get to 6-8%bf for Epistrong clean bulk cycle) I have been on a slow cut for about 7 weeks and lost roughly 12 lbs. I have leaned out really well so far. I have and will continue to use the ECA stack, which I merely view as a tool to fuel my workouts. Any added benefits I see as bonus as I think diet and cardio is most important. Here is my stats and routine.
I am 5'10
189 lbs
11ish% bf
Mon: Chest / Tri 30 min run
Tues: 1hr running
Wed:Back / Sh 30 min run
Thurs: 1 hr running
Fri: Abs / Calv / Bi 30 min run
Sat: 1 hr running
Sun: Chest / Tri 30 min run
I eat 6 meals a day (3 hrs apart), each roughly 400 calories for 2400 calories.
High 50 / 30 / 20 split
