Dumbbell lateral raise: 3 sets of 12 with 20 pounds
Hammer shrugs: 255x15 275x15 285x11
Facepull: 120x15 130x15 140x15
Machine reverse fly: 3 sets of 12 130 pounds
Arms:
Cable curls: 80x20 90x15 100x12
Cable tricep extension: 3 sets of 12 with 80 pounds
Ez bar curls: 3 sets of 10 70 pounds
Cable tricep push down: 3 sets of 12 100 pounds
Dumbbell hammer curls: 3 sets of 12 35 pounds
Dumbbell overhead extension: 3 sets of 10 65 pounds
