yep... when I did it in the past I noticed a big difference in my natural limp noodle state, but that only lasted 1 week past when I stopped. I'm not so much interested in making it bigger as I'm interested in seeing if it will work if I stick with it for 6 months+. There is some merit to the concept however because lengthening ligaments IS possible and that tends to be the main bottleneck for length of a typical penis. Which is why most penis enlargement surgeries include severing a ligament or two. So theoretically, lengthening the ligament(s) should work similarly, however it would take quite a long time.
We will see.
BTW the pictures I plan on posting will not be explicit. They will be of my penis with a tape measure along the top starting at my pubic bone and to the tip. I'm blurring out everything except where the tape measure is and keeping the end of the penis distinguishable for measurements. measuring flacid state is pointless because it is entirely subjective and situational.
By the way for anyone that is thinking that jelqing is just masturbating, it is not, it's basically stretching and massaging the penis in a 25-30% erect state (nearly flacid). Typically with some sort of lube. It does not feel good, at least not like masturbating does. Heck it even gets remotely uncomfortable sometimes with the position your arm/hand/legs need to be in for different techniques. Trying this in an erect state is DANGEROUS because you could injure the corpus cavernosum.
