die faster

has anyone experienced this? they get pretty bad, my legs today while benching, my back during dips, my sides while im laying in bed if i decide to take a stretch, my sides get it the worst. i get the same cramp in my abdomen i get from running alot too. any easy fixes to this?
a few days ago after going real hard on dumbbell curls, when i got home if i moved my arm to my head, my whole brachiallis like "bounced" over or moved over and it hurt and it would stay like that and then bounce back after a couple of seconds if i moved my arm back. its like my muscles are way over contracting or something
