Alright everyone. Just a quick update.

I'm home. Today is being spent with catching up on sleep and quality time with my partner.

Tomorrow I will step into my standard health phase as a little ride out for the week.

My meals also the same which I will post in tomorrow as a small refresher. My new plan however will be provided to me within 48-72 hours. Full revamp. Nutrition, peds, training

This will come into affect the following week at this stage I will create a new log as we are hoping this will be begging of prep to do my very first show. No expectations. Just want to have fun and push my body into new achievements but always making sure my health comes first and I have as much fun as possible during the process.

Wednesday February 19th

Quick shoulder session

Aim - get in get out as I have a busy day with doing step in supervisor role at work.

Seated DB press
2 warm up sets
3 sets - 30kg x 15
2 sets - 40kg x 10
1 set - 27.5kg x 24

Seated dumbbell side laterals
7 sets of 12.5kg x 12

Upright cable raise
4 sets of 45kg x 16
2 sets of 55kg x 12
1 set of 60kg x 8 (slow movement focus on squeeze)

Cable rope rear delt face pulls
3 sets of 37.5kg x 20
3 sets of 45kg x 15
2 sets of 55kg x 10

DB front delt hammer raise
3 sets of 12.5kg x 15 per side

Note - being violently sick in Bali stripped me down in weight quite drastically. I had hit a very comfy 97kg on my health phase feeling and looking full. I am currently sitting at 91.02kg this morning fasted. I'm undecided how I feel about it. The workout was good. Pump was reasonable.

Keen to see how things go when I moved into this round next week

This is a staple for my shoulder sessions. Absolutely love it. Do my best to keep the shirt on until these sets are complete 😂
