Alright everyone. Just a quick update.
I'm home. Today is being spent with catching up on sleep and quality time with my partner.
Tomorrow I will step into my standard health phase as a little ride out for the week.

My meals also the same which I will post in tomorrow as a small refresher. My new plan however will be provided to me within 48-72 hours. Full revamp. Nutrition, peds, training
This will come into affect the following week at this stage I will create a new log as we are hoping this will be begging of prep to do my very first show. No expectations. Just want to have fun and push my body into new achievements but always making sure my health comes first and I have as much fun as possible during the process.
